Charm Style Bracelets In-2022

Every now and then I hear someone ask if charm bracelets are still in style. I love answering this question because it usually comes from someone looking for a gift for a loved one! But for those of us who have always worn jewelry, I can say that yes, charm bracelets are in fashion in 2021 for so many reasons. And they will still be in fashion after 2021. The way I see it, personalized jewelry will always be in fashion. Personalized jewelry means something special to the person wearing it, and it will stay that way! All of the jewelry I design is mid-century modern jewelry with a twist. This style is timeless and lasts a lifetime. The most important thing about your jewelry is that you feel comfortable with it! Some people would say that they prefer their jewelry to be trendy and popular, while other people would rather it not be trendy. This is a personal preference and everyone is different! But my customers feel that wearing a personal piece of jewelry is much more important to them or their loved ones than whether or not their charm bracelet is popular.

If you have a charm bracelet or are buying one for the first time, there’s nothing wrong with not knowing where to start. That’s not a problem! We’ll help you start with a basic design that you like, and you can always add more charms as you go along. If you’re not sure which design to choose because there are just so many that you like, we have a recommendation for you. You can start with a few pendants that mean something special to you. Later, you can add pieces that mark important milestones in your life, or charms that represent important people in your life.

Also, don’t be afraid to change out the charms on your jewelry as your life progresses. Many of my clients started collecting charms over 10 years ago and change out their charms depending on the season or special holidays or occasions. The beauty of a charm bracelet is that it can be customized at any time. Our silver charms are durable and lightweight, but they are also easy to remove and reattach if you want to change the look of your jewelry.

Are charm Bracelets Stylish in 2022?

Absolutely! When it comes to high fashion and designer styles, charm bracelets have certainly been seen on the runways of 2021. Besides charm bracelets, models have also been seen wearing necklaces, rings, and anklets. It is also predicted that charm bracelets will remain in fashion on the runways and in fashion magazines well into 2022.

Major media outlets like Forbes and many runway designers are talking about charm bracelets and calling them “back in fashion.” But did they really ever go out of style! I would say no. As someone who has worn charm bracelets for many years, I have seen charm bracelet trends come and go, just like everything else in fashion.

But the way we see it, charm bracelets will be in fashion for many years to come. This is because charm bracelets, especially those made of antique stainless steel, have a timeless look. And the main characteristic of timeless jewelry is that it never goes out of style. Charm bracelets line up with diamonds and pearls as classic mainstays that have been in fashion since the 1800s. That’s right… The first known charm bracelets were created in ancient times! To this day, charm bracelets are worn all over the world. Charm bracelets are timeless, especially bracelets made of stainless steel and high-quality metals that do not tarnish or discolor.

Fall 2021 jewelry trends include charms dangling from the wearer’s wrist, neck, fingers, and even ankles – with charm bracelets, necklaces, rings, and anklets adorned with charms. But while trendy jewelry is only good for a season, timeless jewelry lasts a lifetime. And charm bracelets are certainly timeless

Jewelry Trends to Invest in for 2022

Is it crazy to already be thinking about next year? No, I don’t think so. I hate to tell you, but it’s less than 40 days until Christmas, which means it’s only a few days until 2022. I know. The reason I’m writing about the new year is that I’m thinking about new trends, especially jewelry trends for 2022. Since the pandemic broke out and we’ve been shackled to our computers and Zoom meetings, several luxury stores are reporting an increase in jewelry sales. People are primarily buying fine jewelry that can be worn every day. The thought behind this is that people want to upgrade their more casual WFH look with fancy necklaces and earrings – the Zoom-friendly options.

In 2021, however, Gen Z jewelry trends began to explode. A variety of plastic-y Y2K-inspired pieces became the trend of the hour. Pastel necklaces reminiscent of candy necklaces from the corner store, anklets, and necklaces made of puka shells, resin pieces, and mood rings were everywhere this year. The jewelry trends of 2020 and 2021 are almost at opposite ends of the spectrum. So what can we expect in 2022? I spoke with a few jewelry experts to get a good understanding of what to expect. Jagran Zahedi, former head buyer at ASOS and founder of jewelry brand @pawnshoplondon, and Sophie Quy, executive vice president at Threads Styling, both told me that there are few styles they think are going to be big. Keep scrolling for the biggest jewelry trends of 2022.

1- 70s Charms

It’s no surprise that the ’70s have found their way into our jewelry boxes, as the decade has been a big inspiration on the runways in recent seasons. Zahedi, an avid collector of vintage jewelry, tells me that she has observed many people who are into “threifted” trends and that nostalgia plays a big role, such as 70s pendants.

2- Signet Rings

I’ve already spotted this trend with Generation Z, but Zahedi also confirmed it, telling me that this is one of the biggest sellers at Pawnshop and that the more “Elizabeth Duke-inspired” pieces are doing the best.

3- Large Stone-Set Rings

Perhaps the opposite of the plastic-jewelry trend is this: large stone-set rings. This look is all about multiple stones set in a large ring, essentially. Quy says, “Designers are starting to go big with the stones they’re using, making bolder designs often set in bigger statement pieces.”

4- Big Stones

In keeping with the theme above, oversized necklaces are also on sale. Quy cites Harwell Godfrey’s “amazing new pendants,” Jacquie Aiche’s eye pendants, and Bayco’s mega cuffs as pieces to invest in. She also advises looking for “really fun, large pieces with colorful stones, emeralds, opals, and colored sapphires.”

5- Zodiac Jewellery

According to recent statistics from the global shopping platform Lyst, zodiac jewelry is experiencing a sharp increase. Demand for zodiac jewelry has increased by 29%, with necklaces being the most popular.

6- Nameplate Necklaces

The theme of personalization continues with necklaces with name tags. According to Lyst, demand for “letter” and “nameplate” necklaces is up 36%. And given the return of Carrie Bradshaw, I imagine this category will be even more popular after the airing of And Just Like That…. will be even more popular.
